Chicks on Speed celebrate 28 years of radical art-pop with HEARtopia, a career-spanning 5LP box set released by Grnland Records. Featuring 37 tracks from iconic anthems like We Dont Play Guitars, Art Rules!, and Fashion Rules! to new material from their latest album HEARandNOWtopia the set captures the groups anarchic spirit and collaborative energy. More than just a retrospective, HEARtopia showcases Chicks on Speeds unique blend of music, performance, and activism. Across three decades, theyve pushed boundaries in queer-feminism, art entrepreneurship, and cultural critique while working with visionary collaborators including Peaches, DJ Hell, Mika Vainio, and ORLAN. Beautifully designed with a full-colour booklet, original artwork, and special contributions from long-time creative partners, HEARtopia is both a sonic archive and a bold invitation: to imagine, to resist, and to reinvent through collective action and artistic experimentation.
