“I Made It Out” is Samuel Ljungblahd’s 7th studio album, recorded at LP-Studion in Malmo and produced by Christoffer Wallin and Ola Heden. Samuel returns to his musical roots, and the organic sound oozes with soul, featuring clear elements of both gospel and funk. Musicianship and the joy of playing are at the heart of the album, and the musical joy shines through both in the musicians’ performances and the arrangement of the songs. The lyrics revolve around themes of faith, hope, and love.
