Only Built 4 Cuban Linx… Pt. II (2xLP)

The long-awaited follow-up to the Wu-Tang Clan classic, Only Built 4 Cuban Linx… Pt. II arrived in 2009 as a triumphant return to the mafioso rap blueprint Raekwon helped pioneer. More than a sequel, this album cemented Rae’s legacy as one of hip-hop’s sharpest storytellers, pairing his vivid narratives with cinematic production from legends like J Dilla, Dr. Dre, RZA, Pete Rock, and The Alchemist. A spiritual continuation of the Purple Tape legacy, OB4CL2 showcases gritty crime tales, street wisdom, and Wu-Tang brotherhood, with appearances by Ghostface Killah, Method Man, Inspectah Deck, GZA, and more. Critically acclaimed and hailed as one of the best hip-hop albums of the 2000s, the album blends nostalgia and evolution connecting the past with the present.
